The Career Retreat "Strategy for Success 2019" is run by Kirsten Goodwin and Nicola Pitt.  This is referred to here as ‘the Day’.

The Day will last from c9.30am – c4pm on the date specified in your booking email.

You will be invoiced for the fees for the day in accordance with the payment option you choose on the Booking Form. Payment is via bank transfer only to the bank account details on the invoice. 

Booking is only confirmed once your payment has cleared our bank account.

If paying via instalment, you will receive 3 separate invoices.  Each payment must have cleared our bank account within the timeframe specified in each invoice in order for attendance to be guaranteed.  If any payment is not received within this timeframe, Artemis Coaching reserves the right to cancel your place.

Payment via Flash Sale or Early Bird will close at midnight on the specified date.  We must have received confirmation from you through our Booking Form that you wish to pay via Flash Sale or Early Bird by midnight on the specified date for you to book at that price.

Kirsten Goodwin and Nicola Pitt regret that no refunds are available.  However, you may transfer your place to a friend or colleague.  Please let us know at least 7 days in advance of the Day of any change in attendee details, including dietary requirements.  They will need to complete and submit their own booking form.

To get the most out of the Day for all participants, we expect that you will: arrive promptly; fully participate in all exercises; respect the beliefs and opinions of fellow attendees; and maintain confidentiality about items discussed during the Day.

Kirsten Goodwin and Nicola Pitt and the venue will take reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal belongings during the Day.  We cannot be held liable for any losses you may incur.

Please tell us of any food allergies or intolerances more than 7 days prior to the Day, and we will ensure the venue are aware of your dietary requirements.  We cannot guarantee to be able to cater for any attendees who have not alerted us to their dietary requirements in this timeframe.  Kirsten Goodwin and Nicola Pitt cannot be held liable for any accident resulting from allergies and intolerances.

Your personal details will be used for the purposes of contacting you with specific details of the Day.  Nicola Pitt and Kirsten Goodwin may also contact you about other events or offers that we believe may be of interest to you.  You may unsubscribe from these lists at any time.  Please see Kirsten and Nicola's privacy policies on their websites at www.kirstengoodwin.co.uk and www.nicolapitt.co.uk for more information.

Kirsten Goodwin and Nicola Pitt reserve the right to cancel the Day.  If this occurs, we will provide a full refund on all bookings within 7 working days of cancellation being confirmed to attendees via email.
